The 2-Day Annual Festival: “Pig on the Pond”. This attracts over 20,00o people! There is a whole lot of barbecue to go around. This is a wonderful catering event for the whole community.
No I am not kidding! Manatees! You can swim, canoe, relax, learn about Blue Springs State Park…..but you really need to see the manatees!!!
The Kennedy Space Center is truly unlike anything else in this world. Florida’s base can been seen from sounding beaches and is a loved historical and educational site.
You can even experience what it is like to be inside a ship…..

Arabian Nights of Orlando is a beautiful place to enjoy the culture of the Middle East. This is an exhilarating dinner theater that will truly “capture your heart”. Enjoy the site, sounds, and tastes of the Arabs….an experience you will forever remember. I absolutely love Middle Eastern food. I can’t wait to go soon.

In the heart of Orlando is Sea World, an aquatic theme park. I went last year with my family and I enjoyed it. I could believe that I actually was looking at Shamoo! I was so impressed with the quality of the shows. The performers outfits were so vibrant and they were high-caliber acrobats! There are also a variety of rides to choose from. But take your flip flops for the walking and also make sure you come dressed to get wet!
Now this is what I love: ART! Enjoy creating your own pottery at Picasso’s Cup. This is such a fun place for truly anyone. You can also take advantage of this fun opportunity and do something practical with your art: Create next year’s Christmas gifts, birthday surprises, or housewarming items! Mother’s Day is coming up…
Picasso’s cup is also conveniently located at Lakeside Village, a Mediterranean themed shopping center.
